Tuesday afternoon storms lead to cooling temperatures late week

LYNCHBURG, Va. (WSET) — Starting off the day with another round of some morning fog in a few areas, just like yesterday this should make a fairly quick exit, but you may want to allow yourself some extra time heading out the door this morning.

This afternoon we watch another round of storms develop after a dry morning.

Storms should start to percolate after about 2 or 3 p.m.

Some of these could pack a punch, so make sure you’ve got the ABC13 Weather App handy.

Highs today in the 80s.

Storms gradually fade tonight, but showers will linger. Lows in the 60s.

Some lingering showers on Wednesday before the front sweeps us clear by Thursday.

Humidity levels nose dive by then and the weekend is looking great!
