L.C.A. boys, E.C. Glass girls win Seminole track titles and scores

LYNCHBURG, Va. (WSET) - The Seminole District Track & Field Meet wrapped up Thursday night at Heritage.

In the 300-meter hurdles, LCA's Gracie Jones and Emmanuel Waller of E.C. Glass took home district titles.

In the girls 800-meter run, Allison Polk of Jefferson Forest took first, while Glass' Theo Woods won the boys race.

And in the 200-meter dash, Tamiyah Megginson of Heritage hit the line first, LCA's Bryson Hunter the boys champ. L.C.A. ran away with the boys team title, Glass won easily on the girls side.

While we're talking track, congratulations to Virginia Tech's Peter Seufer.

The former E.C. Glass standout won the 10 thousand meter run Thursday night at the ACC Championships.
