New coach Zach Orlando says the Statesmen's top priority this season is changing the culture. To do that, Orlando says you have to set an expectation and not waver from that. Randolph-Henry has some depth at the running back position and Orlando says the linebackers are a good group that plays hard. A lot of younger players will need to step up and make big contributions this season. Orlando says while the Statesmen are small in number, they're hard workers. He's challenged his seniors to be a firm foundation for this program on which future teams can build.
