Woman arrested for posing as 'escort' on social media, charged with child endangerment
FRANKLIN Co., Va. (WSET) -- The Franklin County Sheriff's Office has arrested a woman they said posed as an 'escort' on social media.
The sheriff's office said their special investigations unit began looking into a 'wanted subject' on January 3 before establishing communication with her and arranging a meeting.
Investigators made contact Tabitha Danielle Amos, 29, was arrested on charged that include manufacturing/possessing controlled substances, possession of controlled substances, felony child endangerment, and revocation of a suspended sentence.
She's being held in the Western Virginia Regional Jail without bond.
The case is currently under investigation and additional charges may be pending.
