CONCORD, Va. (WSET) — Multiple crews were called out to the Dollar General in Concord on Saturday for a report of a structure fire.
Crews arrived on the scene at 11:01 a.m. and spoke with workers who said they smelled something burning.
The company searched the building and found no traces of smoke or fire.

Additional units were disregarded and an investigation into the smell began.
After the investigation, the smell was determined to be coming from a faulty air unit.
Units were then able to clear the scene and the store reopened without issue.
