ROANOKE, Va. (WSET) - The 29th Annual Stocked Market starts Friday at the Berglund Center in Roanoke.

The three-day event is put on by the Junior League of the Roanoke Valley and attracts around 10,000 shoppers.

Officials say the Stocked Market has raised more than $3.4 million over the past 28 years for the Junior League.

"The Junior League of Roanoke Valley is proud to bring back Stocked Market," said Ginger Poole Avis, JLRV President. "We have some exciting additions to Preview Coffee folks will have the opportunity to have a "taste of Roanoke" and enjoy food and beverages from local businesses. We also think parents and kids alike will enjoy Kids Corner, thanks to our friends at Bricks for Kidz, who will provide activities for kids all weekend. In addition, Drop & Shop allows kids to be entertained while their parents are shopping on Saturday. Finally, we are proud to honor our veterans and active military on Veteran's Day. We are confident the holiday weekend combined with all the exciting changes will attract even more shoppers to this year's Stocked Market."

The event kicks off with Preview Coffee, a VIP sneak peek event before doors open at 11 a.m.

Shoppers can expect a wide range of shopping and entertainment options.

Officials say there will be an array of unique gourmet foods, fashion apparel, accessories, arts, antiques, home and garde decor, pet products and more.

This year's Stocked Market has the return of the Drop & SHop, where parents can shop while their kids are entertained in the Bricks 4 Kidz Corner on Saturday, November 11.

Three-day general admission tickets can be purchased for $10 at the door.

Parking at the Berglund Center is free.
