APPOMATTOX, Va. (WSET) - The Appomattox County Sheriff's Office is looking for a 19-year-old man connected to Friday morning shots fired incidents.

Deputies responded just after 4 a.m. to a report of a vehicle being shot in the area of Dogwood St. and Lee Grant Ave in the town of Appomattox.

They say another shots fired call came in several minutes later in the area of Confederate Blvd. and Annie St.

The preliminary investigation revealed two vehicles were struck, causing minor damage.

The sheriff's office is looking for Jayquan O. Pollard, 19, of Lynchburg.

He's charged with maliciously shooting into an occupied vehicle, a class four felony.

The sheriff's office says they are actively looking for him.
