Sheriff's Office: Amherst Co. convenience store robbed at gunpoint, suspect on the loose
UPDATE: The Amheerst County Sheriff's Office says they are continuing to investigate the armed robbery incident.
They say the suspect is still at large. The suspect is seen on surveillance footage wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and brown pants. He is seen with a black gas mask covering his face.

MADISON HEIGHTS, Va. (WSET) -- The Amherst County Sheriff's office is investigating after an armed robbery at a local convenience store.
Officials say the Triangle Market, on Wright Shop Road was robbed around 9:30 p.m. on Tuesday, September 25.
Sheriff's deputies say the suspect entered the store with a gun, and demanded money from an employee.
Officials say the suspect was able to get away with an undisclosed amount of cash.
No one was injured.
