Salem police looking to identify individual who they say was involved in an 'incident'

SALEM, Va. (WSET) — The City of Salem, Virginia Police Department is asking for the public's help in identifying an individual.

Salem police said they are trying to identify an individual who they said was involved in an incident.

According to police, this incident happened in the City of Salem on September 8.
