Police: Suspect(s) cut locks on 2 trailers in Lynchburg neighborhood, stole several tools

LYNCHBURG, Va. (WSET) -- The Lynchburg Police Department is hoping you can help them investigate a recent larceny in the area.

Police said they took a report of two trailers being broken into in the 100 block of Mill Ridge Road, where tools were stolen.

The victim told police that sometime between Friday, February 9 and Sunday, February 11, someone cut the locks on two enclosed trailers and stole the tools being stored inside.

They said several items were stolen, including:

  • Lincoln Power Mig 256 Welder
  • Honda 5K Generator
  • Two – 30 gallon 2 stage air compressors
  • Echo hedge trimmers
  • Echo straight shaft weed eater
  • Two – Husqvarna Chain saws
