Police: Officers responded to home where 23-year-old was shot for 'loud party' complaint


ROANOKE Co., Va. (WSET) -- Roanoke County Police said a shooting that led to the death of a 23-year-old man happened at a party.

Police said they were called to a home in the 8000 block of Enon Drive around 4:10 a.m. for a reported loud party.

They said they spoke with residents and no enforcement action was taken.

Just before 7 a.m., police said they responded again to the home for reports of shots fired.

When they got there, they found two victims with gunshot wounds, who were taken to the hospital, and a third person dead from a gunshot wound.

The victim has been identified as Keonte K. Johnson, 23, of Salem.

Police said they've interviewed the two individuals who were taken to the hospital with gunshot wounds, where they continue to revoer.

No arrests have been made and witnesses and others with information are still being interviewed.
