Police: Ambulance driver wasn't paying attention, rear-ended SUV causing chain reaction
DANVILLE, Va. (WSET) -- Danville Police said a baby was taken to the hospital after an ambulance rear-ended a vehicle, causing a chain reaction Wednesday afternoon.
Police said a car was turning left on North Main and two SUVs were behind the car turning waiting.
They said the a LifeCare ambulance hit the back of one of the SUVs, which then caused that SUV to hit the other SUV.
According to an officer on the scene, the driver wasn't paying attention.
No one was hurt, but the baby was taken to the hospital to get checked out.
