Police: 64-year-old man dies after driving into cement wall
MARTINSVILLE, Va. (WSET) - Martinsville Police say a man was killed in a crash Friday morning.
Officers responded to the parking lot of an apartment complex at the intersection of East Church and Broad Street just after 7 a.m.
According to police, officers and members of the Martinsville Fire & EMS found a sedan had collided with a cement wall.
Police say the man, now identified as Albert Camp, 64, of Martinsville, was taken to SOVAH Hospital of Martinsville where he was pronounced dead.
Police say Camp lived in the complex and was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash.
