Police: 24-year-old man found dead inside vehicle in Roanoke River


ROANOKE, Va. (WSET) -- Roanoke Police have identified the man who was found dead in his vehicle in the Roanoke River Saturday.

Police said Mark Andrew Crotts, 24, of Roanoke was pulled from the vehicle.

Officials were called to the Roanoke River near Vic Thomas Park behind Black Dog Salvage around 8 a.m. Saturday.

Crotts' body was taken to the Medical Examiner's Office in Roanoke.
