Medical Examiner releases cause of death in Danville double homicide
DANVILLE, Va. (WSET) - The Medical Examiner's Office has released new information about a double homicide that happened in Danville early in January.
Officials say that 28-year-old Ashley Lauren Joy Jones and 49-year-old Kelly Fears Wrenn were found dead on January 8.
According to the Medical Examiner, Jones and Wrenn were stabbed to death.
After the two women were found, police were looking for 33-year-old Amanda Lynn Willhite.
Willhite was found on January 11 in North Carolina where she is being held on drug related charges.
