One injured in Martinsville shooting, suspects at large

UPDATE: Two warrants for attempted first degree murder have been issued for the suspects in the Martinsville shooting.

The two men are 30-year-old Brandon Tarall Thomas and 27-year-old Adrian Eugene Watkins.

Both men are considered armed and dangerous.

The victim, Sean Demetrius Goddard, Jr. is in critical condition.

If you know the two men's whereabouts, police urge that you call 911.

Additionally, if you have any information about the crime, call Sergeant Radcliffe at 276-226-0218 or Crime Stoppers at 276-63-CRIME.

The case is still under investigation.

MARTINSVILLE, Va. (WSET) -- One man was shot during an incident that occurred around 12:40 a.m. on May 13.

The Martinsville Police Department responded to the 1000 block of Askin Street.

The victim was 20-year-old Sean Demetrius Goddard, Jr. of Axton.

Goddard was taken to SOVAH in Martinsville.

The shooting is still under investigation.
