HALIFAX Co., Va. (WSET) — James Reagan Jr. said he was finally able to sleep last night, now that his family's stolen truck has been returned to him.
Reagan's truck was stolen on August 18 from his garage.
He was able to work with the police and find the truck just over 48 hours after it was stolen by a construction worker who was working on the road near his home.

Reagan said the emotions, stress, and excitement had him going without a full night's sleep for almost five days.
"I think last night is the first night that I actually got the real meals that I tasted and got a good night's sleep and slept more than a couple hours," he said. "It just feels good to have the truck back, back in the family."
The Halifax County Sheriff's Office arrested 63-year-old William Earl Wood on Monday and charged him with Grand Larceny of the vehicle, Breaking & Entering, and Felony Property Damage.

Reagan said he's so relieved that this is all over and looks forward to restoring the truck to its original glory with his son and grandson.
He said it's wonderful to know that four generations of James Reagans' will all have a hand in the vehicle's history.
