Inka Grill Peruvian Cuisine opens in Lynchburg

LYNCHBURG, Va. (WSET) — There's a new place to find some unique dishes in the Hill City.

Inka Grill is now open on Main Street in Downtown Lynchburg.

Manager, Bryan Centeno said they're excited to bring authentic Peruvian cuisine to the area.

He said the food is unique because it has influences from Italian, Chinese, and Hispanic cultures. Centeno said they only officially opened their doors here on Monday, but already are blown away by the support from the community.

"We opened Monday and we started with just some tables and they said 'hey, the food is really good! We're going to call my friends' and they just started coming and coming, and coming after that. That support is amazing, just amazing," he said.

Centeno said the support and feedback they receive pushes them to be the best they can be and inspires them to continue making new dishes and drinks for you to try.

This is their fourth location, with other restaurants in Charlottesville and Roanoke. Centeno said they hope to keep expanding in the future, to share their culture's food throughout the United States.
