ROANOKE, Va. (WSET) -- Gander Mtn. is going out of business and closing all 126 of their locations nationwide.

After 57 years, the business said it's closing and everything must go.

In March 2017, Gander Mountain filed for voluntary Chapter 11 Bankruptcy and began the work to restructure the company and remain a part of the outdoor community.

Gander Mountain and Overton’s were acquired by Camping World Holdings, Inc. in May.

Shopping at Gander Mountain means that all sales are final, there are no refunds, no exchanges or adjustments for prior purchases and inventory is limited to stock on hand.

Not all items will be in stores, either.

Gift cards will only be accepted until May 18.

The announcement of Camping World acquiring the Gander Mountain brand means that it will continue to be a part of the specialty outdoor market.
