GALLERY: Truck completely destroyed in Galax fire

GALAX, Va. (WSET) — One truck is completely destroyed after being engulfed in flames in Galax.

At approximately 11:17 a.m., the Galax Fire Dept. responded to the 1400 Block of Pipers Gap Road to find a small pickup truck half involved in flames.

The road was temporarily closed while crews worked to contain the fire.

The fire was quickly put out and the road opened back up. There were no reports of injuries.
