Hey friends! No big changes to the forecast. This means that most of us won't get any snow, and freezing rain is the main precip type-- slippery roads are likely.

This airplane graphic sums up our local travel whether you're driving or flying.

We are looking at a mix of light snow, then freezing rain and sleet, then rain. The precipitation will begin before noon on Sunday for most. The radar should get active between 7 a.m. and 10 a.m.

This weather event will effect everyone in the ABC 13 viewing area. If you catch weather our weather reports on TV, this includes you!

Some of the potential impacts include slippery roads Sunday morning.

Power outrages are unlikely since temperatures will warm above freezing by 1 p.m. for most

Since most of the snowfall is expected to be in the mountains, there is a very low chance of accumulation. Therefore, there will not be any cancellations for schools on Monday.

AFTERNOON and EVENING IMPACTS: Freezing rain and sleet will melt by Sunday afternoon and evening. However, we will expect moderate to heavy rain in afternoon. Roads will be wet, not icy
