PULASKI, Va. (WSET) -- Pulaski Police have arrested a Florida man wanted for homicide.
According to police, officers received a tip from U.S. Marshal's that 22-year-old Travis S. Bradley of Cocoa, Florida was wanted on a homicide case and living in Pulaski.
They said at around 7:21 p.m. Wednesday, officers arrived at Craig Street Apartments in response to a disturbance.
While approaching the location, officers said they noticed an individual who matched many of the characteristics noted in order to identify Bradley.
Police said the responding officers were able to positively identify Bradley.
They said Bradley initially provided false information, but it was later confirmed that he was the suspect in Florida homicide case.
According to police, Bradley was arrested on the following alleged offenses: first degree felony murder, attempted robbery with a firearm while inflicting death, second degree felony murder with a firearm, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and grad theft.
He is being held at the New River Valley Regional Jail awaiting extradition to Florida.
