UPDATE: Missing 13-year-old in Campbell County found safe

The Campbell County Sheriff's Office says the boy has been found safe and returned to his home.


CAMPBELL Co., Va. (WSET) -- The Campbell County Sheriff's Office needs help finding a missing child.

The sheriff's office said a 13-year-old boy was last seen in the vicinity of Sunburst Road and Route 460 around 7:45 a.m. Thursday.

They said he was reported missing by his family later Thursday.

He's described as being 5-foot-4, 100 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes.

He has braces on his top teeth only.

He was wearing a jacket seen in the photo released by the sheriff's office.
