
MARTINSVILLE, Va. (WSET) — An arrest has been made in the Charles Brandon Coleman homicide which occurred on June 27th at the Maplewood Apartments located at 1446 West Fayette Street in Martinsville.
51-year-old Andre Douglas King, Martinsville, was arrested for First Degree Murder, Use of a Firearm in the Commission of a Felony, Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon, and Probation Violation.
King was taken into custody without incident by the Martinsville Police Department and members of the US Marshals Office Fugitive Task Force on Dexter Street in Martinsville.
King is being held at the Martinsville City Jail without bond.

Although an arrest has been made, police investigators continue to interview additional witnesses and collect evidence so the case is still under investigation.
