AEP holding open houses to promote energy efficiency in central Virginia

GRUNDY, Va. (WSET) -- Appalachian Power is holding an open house October 13 from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Hibbett Sports store in Grundy to speak with customers about energy saving ideas!

They are holding several open houses throughout the service area to promote energy efficiency and bill-leveling programs, in advance of the winter season.

Plus, the first 500 customers at the event will get free LED light bulbs and the chance to win an iPad Mini.

The open houses will also give customers a chance to voice concerns, issues, or questions to local AEP employees.
