LYNCHBURG, Va. (WSET) -- Most students graduating from college are old enough to legally drink, but at least one student graduating from Liberty University on Saturday isn't even old enough to vote.

Nelson County native Greyson Beights is only 17-years-old.

The history major started college at age 11 after he took a college entrance test and almost got a perfect score.

Then he took his first course where he got an A.

Beights continued classes at a community college before transferring to Liberty in 2015.

"I've always said, don't let age be a barrier," Beights said. "I always thought it was just a number. You should get a goal and go pursue it with everything you have."

If graduating college isn't enough, Beights is currently running a business and writing two books.
