1 man injured in Roanoke shooting

ROANOKE, Va. (WSET) — Roanoke Police are investigating a shooting in the 100 block of Campbell Avenue SE.

Shortly after noon on Sunday, police were notified of an adult man suffering from a gunshot wound.

Responding officers found the man lying in a parking lot with what appeared to be a non-life-threatening gunshot wound.

He was transported to Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital for treatment.

This is an ongoing investigation and no suspects have been arrested at this time.
