The former Governor of California, Arnold Schwarzenegger, has announced his endorsement for a presidential candidate.

Schwarzenegger said in a press release that he will be supporting John Kasich.

In the release, he called Kasich a dear friend and that Kasich knows a good leader is first a servant.

Schwarzenegger said that a servant is what America needs.

The former movie star also noted Kasich's record as the Governor of Ohio.

He not only led the effort to balance America's budget for the first time since men walked on the moon, but he turned a $8 billion budget shortfall in Ohio into a $2 billion surplus.

Schwarzenegger called Kasich an "action hero."

At a rally in Ohio, Schwarzenegger campaigned alongside Kasich, shaking the hands of those in line for the rally.

This endorsement comes on the heels of Ronald Reagan's son's endorsement of Kasich.
