Lynchburg Fire Department recognizes captain on his 20 years of service

LYNCHBURG, Va. (WSET) — We have a lot of heroes - living here in the heart of Virginia and ABC 13 is highlighting them!

The Lynchburg Fire Department is saluting a captain on his 20 years of service.
