Tractor trailer fire shuts down lanes of I-81

According to state police, a{}tractor trailer fire has one lane closed traveling north on Interstate 81 at the 176 mile marker. {}As of 4:00 Thursday, the fire is out. The trailer was hauling rice which is being unloaded at this time according to police.{}Crews estimate that the right lane will be closed for four to five hours while the debris is removed.{}The driver was not injured.
