William Campbell's Keri Hamlett commits to Ferrum Softball
NARUNA, Va. (WSET) - William Campbell recognized softball standout Keri Hamlett Thursday afternoon in a ceremony at the school.
The senior shortstop, who's been the Generals' leadoff hitter the last four years, has committed to play for the Ferrum Panthers.
Hamlett, who's hitting better than .550 this season, joins her older sister Jordan at Ferrum, a rising junior catcher.
Keri Hamlett, COMMITS TO FERRUM SOFTBALL, said "It played a lot in me going there because we've always grown up together and played softball together. So they have a good softball program and they've been consistent with going to the conference championship."
