Loudoun Valley ends G.W.'s state title run, beating Eagles in the semis 75-43

SALEM, Va. (WSET) - Loudoun Valley broke open a four-point game at the half, outscoring G.W. 51-23 in the final two quarters to rout the Eagles 75-43 and advance to next Friday's state title game.

After falling behind 10-2 in the opening minutes, G.W. rallied to within 24-20 at the half. Armadius Jones fired up Eagles' fans with a two-handed dunk to end the half.

But the Vikings dominated from there and earn a spot in the 4A championship game against Jamestown, who edged Handley 66-65.

G.W. finishes the season 22-and-6.
