High School Football Practices Kick Off

Lynchburg - High school football practices kicked off Thursday around the area.

Among the area schools getting started Thursday included three-time defending state champion L.C.A., also last year's Seminole champion Heritage Pioneers, who were undefeated before losing a heartbreaker in the state semifinals.

Brad Bradley, HERITAGE FOOTBALL COACH, said "You know today we got all the paperwork out of the way. You get the stretch lines out of the way, the lockers given out, you get all that other stuff done that first day and tomorrow we can really start two-a-days. Today we'll be on the field about two-and-a-half hours, we'll be happy."
