Interim head coach Marshall Schmitt has been replaced by new coach Jon Meeks. He's a Heritage H.S. alum who comes to Brookville from Louisa County H.S. He watched every game on video from last season and says the Bees were three plays away from being 2-8 or 8-2. How do they get back on track? They have to eliminate penalties and opponents' big plays. They have to tackle better and hope new junior QB Dylan Onuffer can run the offense. Players say there's more energy in practice and Meek's enthusiastic and strict presence will pay off over the course of the season.
