APPOMATTOX, Va. (ESPN) - 12-and-1 Appomattox County takes the long 5-hour bus ride to Big Stone Gap to battle unbeaten 13-and-0 Union this Saturday afternoon at 3.

Raiders quarterback JaVon Scruggs says the team that comes out the most physical will win the game.

JaVon Scruggs, APPOMATTOX CO. SENIOR QUARTERBACK/SAFETY, said "Our players have a lot of physicality up front just as well as in the backfield on offense and in the defensive back core on defense. So just that physicality that our team has will be a force in this game."

De'von Graves, APPOMATTOX CO. SENIOR RECEIVER/CORNERBACK, said "I mean we know they're a good team, we know who we're going to have to stop in order to win. But they're not going to lay down. You know they're a great team, I mean they could beat us. But I feel like our unity and stuff like that, I don't think they have the unity like we do."
