CAMPBELL Co., Va. (WSET) -- Campbell County Public Schools says it's providing solar eclipse glasses to all of its students.

In a letter provided to the schools, they said a handout will be provided to each student and high schoolers can choose to opt-out, and parents will be able to pick up their students without consequence.

First period teachers will show a video for safety education and science teachers will provide curriculum related to the solar eclipse.

Glasses will be provided to all students who want to view the event after donated money came through for the county.

There will be no outside P.E. classes after lunchtime on Monday or outside practices until after 4 p.m.
