Waterline break causes Lynchburg residents to get water from James River
LYNCHBURG, Va. (WSET) -- Due to a waterline break from the Pedlar Reservoir, Lynchburg said the city will utilize the James River as a water source for the northern and eastern portions of the city while the southern and western portions will continue to use the Pedlar Reservoir.
The break is off Trents Ferry Rd. in Bedford County.
The Department of Water Resources said you would be notified when the repairs are complete and the city has returned to the Pedlar Reservoir water source.
