It was also implemented that all suspected rabies cases would be referred to the Health Department for investigation.

The county said no animal has been decapitated since March 23.

Several complaints have been sent to the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services Division of Animal and Food Industry Services' Office of Animal Care and Emergency Response.

They sent a letter saying complaints had been forwarded to the appropriate staff members.
