Robert E. Lee statue uncovered in Charlottesville


CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (WSET) - The statue of Robert E. Lee in Emancipation Park was uncovered.

Both the statue of Lee and Stonewall Jackson were veiled in black tarps on August 23.

The statue of Jackson in Justice Park is still covered.
