Police: Man severely injured after assault in Lynchburg, suspect in custody
LYNCHBURG, Va. (WSET) - Lynchburg Police are investigating a malicious wounding.
They were called to the 2000 block of Pansy Street just before 6 a.m. Friday in reference to an injured person.
They found an unconscious man within the home.
He was taken to Lynchburg General Hospital where it's being treated for severe injuries, police say.
Police have not confirmed what type of injuries he sustained.
Tershaud S. Rose, 24, of Lynchburg was arrested and is charged with Malicious wounding.
