Police: 4th suspect charged in connection to September murder, 1 suspect still at large
DANVILLE, Va. (WSET) -- A Danville man has been arrested on three felony indictments related to the murder of a man in September 2017.
Police said Brian Lamont Terry was arrested on charges including attempted first degree murder, conspire to commit first degree murder, and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony.
Louis Isaiah Glenn, 23, was shot and killed in the 400 block of Moffett Street on September 28.
Stevie Jermaine Johnson Jr., 18, was charged with conspiracy to commit murder and willfully discharge a firearm in a public place resulting in bodily injury.
A 14-year-old was charged with possession of a handgun while under the age of 18, attempted malicious wounding, and criminal street gang participation.
In April, Rayshawn Wa-heim Bennett, 17, was charged with conspiracy to commit first degree murder, attempted first degree murder, and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony, in connection with this investigation.
Bennett is still at large.
Johnson and the 14-year-old are in custody waiting trial.
Terry is being held in the Danville City Jail without bond.
The investigation is continuing.
