Police: Medical condition causes driver to crash in Lynchburg
LYNCHBURG, Va. (WSET) - Emergency personnel responded to a crash on an entrance ramp.
According to Lynchburg Emergency Communications, the crash happened around 7:20 a.m. Friday.
They say the crash was on the entrance ramp from Grace Street to Route 29 South.
Officials say the ramp was blocked for approximately 40 minutes, and is now clear as of 8 a.m.
They say a car ran into a pole, and the driver was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
According to police, a medical condition caused the driver to crash.
