New ice cream shop donating proceeds from first two days to Miller Home
LYNCHBURG, Va. (WSET) -- A new ice cream shop has just opened in Lynchburg.
Scoop and Swirls is located in between the parking lot of Hibachi Grill and Cookout on Wards Road.
The business is donating one dollar of every purchase from Friday and Saturday to the Miller Home for Girls.
The regular hours are noon to 11 p.m., according to the Facebook page, but they are donating the money from purchases made between 1 p.m. to 7 p.m.
They said they have everything from hand-scooped ice cream including flavors like cotton candy and strawberry cheescake to flavor burst soft serve ice cream.
