Man, facing breaking & entering, grand larceny charges, wanted by police
HENRY Co., Va. (WSET) -- The Henry County Sheriff's Office is currently investigating multiple breaking and entering's in the Ridgeway and Axton areas of Henry County.
Investigators said through the course of the investigation, a search warrant was executed at an apartment on Askin Street in Martinsville with the help of the Martinsville Police Department.
As a result of the search warrant, the sheriff's office said evidence was recovered from the scene relating to at least five incidents in Henry County and one in Rockingham County, North Carolina.
Keon Deshawn Martin, 30, who lived in the apartment, has been charged with one count of breaking and entering, two counts of grand larceny, two counts of obtaining money by false pretenses, one count of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and one count of committing larceny with the intent to distribute.
All of those charges are felonies.
The sheriff's office said Martin is currently wanted.
