On Friday, if you throw on your flip flops and head to Tropical Smoothie Cafe on Timberlake Road in Lynchburg, you can get a free smoothie!
It's from from two p.m. until seven p.m.
It's part of a nationwide effort to raise money for Camp Sunshine -- which provides a getaway for kids with life-threatening illnesses and their families.

And one Lynchburg couple trying to adopt an eight-year-old boy from India is throwing one to cover the adoption costs!
It's this Saturday at Heritage Baptist Church in Lynchburg from eight am until two p.m.
There will be everything from furniture to Stella & Dot Jewelry for sale.
Hill City Smokehouse will be selling breakfast and lunch.
On Saturday you may hear a lot of motorcycles.
It's all in an effort to raise money for a baby with a life threatening birth defect and he hasn't even been born yet!
Baby Averee has Gastroschisis a defect that causes the baby's intestines to grow outside of his body.
You can go to the Bike Run at Toppers Wings and Things to watch the motorcycles.
There will also be a bake sale, car wash, and face painting for the kids.
It starts at 12:30 pm. and admission is 10 dollars.
