The Buzz Nov.1-3 Pancake Jamboree, Bluegrass Festival & Nikki Hill Concert
There is no need to cook anything at home this Friday because the annual Pancake Jamboree is back! The Exchange Club of Lynchburg will host the event where you can eat as many pancakes as you want. Several of us from ABC 13 will be there as celebrity chefs making the pancakes! Tickets are $8 at the door, and that's 6 a.m. to 8 p.m.
On Saturday, head out to Patrick Henry's Red Hill for some great live bluegrass! It's the third annual Bluegrass, Barbecue and Brew Festival! Three bands will be on stage as well as a few local breweries. That's 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., and tickets are $15 in advance; or $20 at the gate.
In Lynchburg, Holy Cross School is having a Fall Festival and Chili Cook-off! There will be activities for the kids, and of course judges trying all of the chili. That's noon to 4 p.m. That's $15 for adults and $5 for children. Find out more here.
Saturday night, you can head to The Ellington in Lynchburg. Singer Nikki Hill and her band have been making a name for themselves in the roots music scene. She'll be on at 8:30 p.m. and tickets are $15 in advance and $20 at the door.
