The Buzz July 26-28: Last Friday Cheers, Concerts & Bill Cosby
If you haven't made it out to Friday Cheers, this is your last chance! Ken Knox and Company will be performing on this summer's last Friday Cheers. The band plays Motown and beach music, and they'll be on stage starting at 6 p.m. Come out to Riverfront Park!
Back in the Burg, there will also be some live music at Miller Park Saturday. Come out for "Music at Miller" from 3 to 6 p.m. Enjoy music, activities for kids and games.
And Saturday night, The Ellington in Lynchburg will host a popular Roanoke band. Hoppie Vaughan and The Ministers of Soul will perform at 8:30. They sing classic soul, R&B, blues & funk. Tickets are $10 only at the door.
In Roanoke, you have the chance to see one of America's most beloved comedians. Bill Cosby will be at the Roanoke Civic Center Saturday night, and there are still some tickets left! His show's at 8 p.m., and tickets are $60.
