Woman Charged in Roanoke Stabbing
Roanoke, VA - A Roanoke woman is in jail after police say she got into a fight with another woman and stabbed her multiple times.
Police were called out to the 800 block of Hunt Avenue around 10 p.m. Sunday.
Police later learned that Andrea Willis, 37, had been taken to the hospital with two stab wounds on her shoulders and a cut on her face.
Charlene Bryant, 39, turned herself in to police and has been charged with malicious wounding.
Police say the two women knew each other and the fight was related to prior issues the two had with each other.
