Wild Berry Cous Cous

Serves 6


  • 2 cup Pearl cous cous
  • 1 pkg. Sunmaid Dried Berry Blend
  • 2 cup Chicken stock
  • 1 cup Honey
  • 1 cup White wine
  • 1/2 cup Olive oil
  • 1 cup Walnuts, toasted and chopped
  • 1 cup Cashew halves, toasted
  • 1 cup Sliced almonds, toasted
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste

1.{} In a medium bowl, mix cous cous and berry mix. Set aside.

2.{} In a small sauce pan, mix chicken stock, honey, and wine. Bring to a boil.

3.{} Add olive oil and pour over cous cous.

4.{} Cover with plastic wrap and let steep for 20-25 minutes.

5.{} Uncover cous cous and add nuts.

6.{} Fluff with a fork and serve warm or cold.
