Vigil Held for Teens Killed in Crash

Pittsylvania Co., VA - It has been an emotional week at Gretna High School as students are dealing with the death of two of their former classmates.18-year-old William Ward and 17-year-old Donovan Stone were killed in a crash this weekend in Pittsylvania County.Thursday night, students gathered at Gretna High School to remember their lives.The students who were close to Ward and Stone rallied together to make a candlelight vigil happen.Donovan Stone's stepmother, Bella Stone, said both Ward and Stone had passion for art, and some of their artwork will be on display.There will be a joint funeral for the young men at Fairview Baptist Church in Gretna on Saturday at 1:00.The families set up a memorial fund for those who would like to make contributions.To donate, CLICK HERE or call Fisher & Watkins Funeral Home in Danville.
